Senior Manager – Venture Investments (Ref# SMVI190815W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the portfolio-monitoring and management of the CMF investees; be alerted to and managing risks of each portfolio company, portfolio reporting, etc
  • Ensure high quality financial outputs from Portfolio Companies and consolidating them up to the fund level
  • Monitoring information to ensure that actual numbers are in line with agreed strategic plans, expectations and any forecasts; alert team on deviations

  • Relevant experience from either a Custodian Bank, Private Equity/ Hedge Fund or an Asset Management firm is a plus
  • Company secretarial experience is a plus
  • Dynamic and versatile, the ability to respond to problems and adapt to different circumstances
  • Be systems savvy, excellent knowledge in spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
  • Able to build good business relationships both inside and outside the organisation

  • Responsible for graphic design and artwork production of various promotion materials for signature event marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • To formulate and implement the retail leasing strategy, with the objective to differentiate the Arcade’s positioning as a digital edutainment hub

  • Report directly to Head of Campus Management to lead the Campus management team to provide professional real estate management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors

Manager – Campus Management (Ref# MCM190801W)

The Portfolio of Cyberport Campus consists of 4 phases of commercial development, Le Meridien Cyberport (Hotel), The Arcade, Waterfront Park and Cyberport Expansion. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Head/ Senior Manager of Campus Management
  • Manage a group of projects related to Digitising the Campus, Smart Living, Proof Of Concept (POC), New Initiatives, Energy Saving, etc.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and community companies of Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to Cyberport
  • Collaborate with different external companies and community companies to form new technology solutions and drive the projects for POC in the campus
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the projects to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company’s requirements and approved budgets
  • Provide hands on project management in Capex and Opex to ensure that they are done in quality, within budget and within the timeline approved by management with minimum supervision from supervisors.

Project Manager – Enterprise System (Ref# PMES190801W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To define and drive forward delivery plans across multiple projects working closely with internal and third party vendor teams
  • To actively manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies - being clear on the available options and associated consequences in delivering plans
  • To manage forecasts to cover the development and ongoing tracking of project budgets
  • To ensure adherence to internal processes, governance, tools and templates
  • To work closely with business units to understand local business needs and how best to deliver innovative solutions to meet/exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 7 years+ experience in business analyst or project management capacity, with demonstrable track record of leading and delivering IT projects in a complex enterprise organisation
  • 7 years+ experience in design, development or support of web-based and cloud-based business systems such as CRM or ECM
  • Experience in application portfolio management and integration architecture design
  • Experience in conducting business requirement analysis and formulate the corresponding IT strategy, prepare project plans, technical specifications, tender documents and other typical artefacts
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE
  • Knowledge in system development methodologies, e.g. SSADM
  • Knowledge in web based system development technologies
  • Self-motivated, energetic and well-organised with an analytical mind
  • Able to work independently and under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Manager – Enterprise and Industry Collaboration (Ref# MEIC190807W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of strategies to broaden the relationship between Cyberport and its industry enterprise partners to help Cyberport start-ups explore and capture business opportunities in local and overseas markets
  • Identify and recruit new enterprise partners to expand the industry breadth of the Cyberport enterprise network
  • Facilitate and catalyze enterprise partners’ adoption of Cyberport start-ups technologies and services through active initiation and co-ordination of business matching activities and collaboration programmes
  • Facilitate business expansion of Cyberport start-ups to targeted overseas markets by identifying and building up effective and reliable go-to-market partnership and landing channels and platforms
  • Support and implement plans/campaigns to promote Cyberport’s one-stop platform for start-ups (inbound & outbound) and build up successful cases to share with public and interested parties
  • Support partners/delegation park visits and events to promote Cyberport as a leading digital tech hub in Hong Kong
  • Regular report to track partner programme activities and measurement of results  
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in managing partner programmes and/or marketing projects, preferably with experience in account management
  • Experience in digital tech or related sector with a good network of contacts
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with Government, business enterprises, digital tech associations and academic institutions
  • Proven ability to gain maximum value with external partnerships, with effective people management and account management skills
  • Good negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and independent, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
